5,  6 and 7 November 2010    Fine spring weather prevailed over the three days, with all categories catered for, with 35 races, over 350 entries in 18 groups ranging from vintage cars up to 1930 to production sports cars to 1977.   Very big crowds were in attendance, consisting of::                 *Generation X -- the generation born from the late 1960's to the late 1970's and early 1980's, usually not later than 1981   *Generation Y- born earler than Generation X - generally marked by an increased understanding and use of digital technologies.    *Generation Oop - .primordial - represented by the late Alley Oop  (caveman).   Your Motormarques reporter, representing generation Oop, was overcome with nostalgia for the early days of motor sport, when it was possible to stand so close to the track (say at Gnoo Blas or Mount Panorama) that you could have touched the drivers as they raced by.  These days great concrete blocks and walls of steel mesh separate the racing cars from the spectators who sit perched up in remote grandsrands,  The spectacle has become a bit of a circus.

            Group K. Post Vintage thoroughbred  racing and sports cars manufactured between 1930 and 1940.
            Group L - Historic Racing and Sports Racing Cars between 1941 and 1960
