Windscreen pieces are formed ready for welding. Louvres are

yet to be punched into bonnet sides

The car has been re-wired. Wiring saddles are made from

piano keys. The petrol guage behind the coil) is a reproduction made

from an old EPNS cup and a modern plastic gasket  material ….

It’s almost convincing.

Front guards have been fabricated from those of a ‘Chummy’.

Valances removed and the rake of rear section altered by fitting

a newly formed, wired edge piece. Plastic repro. rear guards

used only to complete general ‘look/feel’.

A not very good ‘Chummy’ guard is given new life after its inside

valance is cut away and replaced with a wired edge piece, thus

becoming a light sports guard (rear)
